This policy explains which data the attendance app and portal of Kubetiq India Private Limited collect, why, who can see it and how long it is kept.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number, your company, locations and category.
- Check-in and check-out times with your GPS position and its accuracy at that moment.
- Your location only during your shift hours (from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after), and only once you have given consent.
- Phone details: model, Android version, app version, battery, internet and GPS state.
- Answers to alerts, a selfie where one is asked for, and photos a supervisor takes.
- Correction and leave requests, and payroll records.
Why
To record attendance, check duty, and work out leave and salary. Attendance flags and missed alerts are signals for review, never proof: they never deduct pay by themselves; every deduction is entered or approved by a person.
Who can see it
The admins of your company, the supervisor of your location and the people who run the platform - each only as far as their work needs. Your data is never sold.
How long
- Location history: 180 days, then removed automatically.
- Notifications: 180 days.
- Attendance, alerts, photos, leave and payroll records: kept as the company's records.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent in the app at any time (location features then stop). To see, correct or remove your data, ask your admin or write to: support@kubetiqindia.com.
